Firstly a big thank you to everyone who has purchased a copy of Owd Bacup I hope you have enjoyed it. I am at the moment working on Owd Stacksteads. I am planning to have it finished for the Nat open day on Easter Saturday. The expected arrival of a little granddaughter due 15th March however may scupper my plans. So watch this space :)
When I first began bacuptimes not everyone was using broadband and so I uploaded pictures in thumbnails to help those on dial up. I am now going through the site changing the thumbnails to larger pictures. So you may find parts of the site still with thumbnails and some with fuller pictures.
I have no added seperate pages for various areas in Rossendale, these are not comprehisie pages on the areas history
